“Galatians 5:16-17 “The bible teaches us that if we walk by the spirit, we will not gratify the desires of the flesh. The flesh and the spirit are enemies because the flesh desire different things.
The flesh will never let us to do what we were called to. The bibles says that if we walk by the Spirit, we will not gratify the works or the desires of the flesh.
In other words, to conquer the flesh, we must allow the Spirit to lead our mind, our thought and life. By doing so, we will overcome the desires and works of the flesh.
“Romans 8:5-6” The bible says when we are led by the desire of the flesh it leads to death but the mind that is govern by the spirit of God ends in the peace of God. If we want peace in our lives we need to allow the Holy Spirit to lead our lives.
The way to overcome the work of the flesh is by not thinking the way the world thinks but by thinking as a child of God, by allowing the Holy Spirit to be the master of your body, thought and action, when He is our master, peace, Joy, life is guaranteed
Gal 5:19-21 “[19] Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, [20] Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, [21] Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told “
For you to have peace and a long life allow the Holy Spirit to be the center of everything in your life. “Proverbs 19:21” The power of life and death is in your mouth but the mouth will speaks what is stored in our
heart. That’s why Jesus said that a man is not defiled by what goes in but by what comes out of him because what comes from us is what defines who we are.
What you are putting in our heart is what will shows who we are. So the more we are storing the work of the flesh the more it will produce death.
Listen the word of God is life if we allow the word of God in our lives, Jesus the word will free us and we deliver us and He will guarantee life in our bod. Let’s allow the word of God and the fruit of the Holy Spirit to lead your mind.
We can never produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit if we are still entertaining the work of the flesh because these are in contrary.
Today I declare that you may overcome all the fleshly desire in Jesus’s name.
Listen freedom is a choice, sin does not have to rule over you. When Christ is in you he sets you free from your past mistakes, from any bondage, from any issue related form fleshly desires. Don’t allow any work of the flesh to control you. You in your body are design to control your body.
